Jamshedpur: Deadly virus corona is also spreading its wings in Seraikela-Kharsawan district. About 19 policemen, including one ASI, have been found corona positive at Chandil police station. On Saturday, 19 positive reports tested positive. Five other Corona-infected patients were also found in the district on late Friday night. Seraikela Deputy Commissioner A. Dodde said that four new patients were found late at night on July 23 and on 24 July, the number of all active cases in the district has now risen to 83. The Deputy Commissioner said that the number of persons infected so far in the district has gone up to 168, out of which 85 have so far been completely healthy, beating the corona. The Deputy Commissioner said of the five persons whose investigation report has been found to be Corona positive, three are male and two are female. The ages of all are between 32 years and 71 years. The sample collection of the said persons was done on 22 July, 23 July and 24 July. The sample of all individuals was found positive on Friday 24 July. Four of the said persons have been admitted to TMH of Jamshedpur while one has been admitted to CHC Nimdih.
