140 units collected at SCCI blood donation camp

Jamshedpur, August 5: The Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) organized a blood donation camp at the Chamber Bhawan on Monday during which 140 units were collected. The camp was organized to commemorate the fourth death anniversary of former Vice President (Finance and Taxation) of SCCI, the late Dinesh Chaudhary.

The camp was inaugurated by Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Parul Singh and Assistant Railway Manager (ARM) of Tatanagar Railway Station, Abhishek Singhal. Family members of the late Dinesh Chaudhary were also present. Both the SDO and ARM encouraged and motivated the blood donors during the event.

The blood donors included four women and 15 first-time donors. Key contributors to the success of the event included Vijay Anand Moonka, Manav Kedia, Anil Modi, Rajiv Agarwal, Puneet Kauntia, Anshul Ringasia, and Anil Ringasia.

The SCCI’s initiative highlighted the importance of community participation in life-saving activities like blood donation.
