138 Narayana IIT Academy Jamshedpur students excel in JEE Main 2025

Jamshedpur: The students of Narayana IIT/NEET Academy, Jamshedpur, have once again brought laurels to the city with their outstanding performance in JEE Main 2025, reinforcing the institution’s reputation as one of India’s premier coaching institutes.

Leading the celebration is Bani Brata Maji, who clinched All India Rank 1 in the General category, securing the top spot across the country — a historic feat that has elevated the stature of Narayana on the national stage.

Adding to the pride of Jamshedpur, local student Ujjawal Aditya, also from Narayana’s Sakchi-based center, secured a remarkable All India Rank of 390 in the General category, making him one of the city’s top rankers.

According to Shyam Bhushan, National Academic Head of Narayana, 138 students from the Jamshedpur Centre have cleared the JEE Main 2025 so far. The final count is expected to rise as result verification continues. “This result is a testament to our consistent academic discipline, rigorous test schedules, and planned curriculum delivery under our nationwide academic calendar,” he added.

Apart from the toppers, many other students from Narayana Jamshedpur made it to the Top 5000 All India Ranks in the General category: Abhinav Kshitij – AIR 557, Dhruv H. Badodariya – AIR 951, Ashwani Kumar – AIR 2491, Imran Wakil – AIR 3121,Divyanshu Samal – AIR 3244, Aditya Prabhat – AIR 3360, Mayank Gupta – AIR 3970 abd Guruvansh Singh – AIR 4091.

Other successful candidates include: Jayant, Priyanshu Singh, Aditya Kumar, Anubhav Sen, Utkarsh Kumar, Mohd. Zeeshan, Mayank Kumar, Sahil Gautam, Anurag Sengupta, Bhavya Shri, Tejas Jhunjhunwala, Sahaj Singh, Mayank Raj, and Ritika Verma.

Bhushan highlighted Narayana’s unique academic structure where weekly tests are conducted at the all-India level, enabling students to assess their preparation and improve through self-reflection. “Our students don’t just compete at the local level—they compete with their peers across India, giving them a real-time understanding of their standing,” he emphasized.
