Gamharia : Saraikela – Kharsawan District Athletics Association under the auspices of the SKG Kandra organised the 12th District Athletic meet on Saturday .
The competition in various schools in the district, Kerala Public School , Gamharia , Vidya Jyothi School , Vidya Bharati high school , high school Kandra Narendra Nagar , Vidya Mandir Harishchandra children participated in quite a number of Kandra .
The competition Shatput under- 14 category Vivek Kumar , Mangal Soren and Sanjay, under-16 girls’ category shot put Priyanka, Lakshmi Hansada and Manisha , 200 meters Girls Under 14 Lakshmi Hansada , Sujata Nayak and Bhavani Mahato ,were winners.
Krmu Mandal, Pradeep Kumar , Diwakar Mahato , Asha Kumari etc. commendable contribution .
