I wish them the very best for their future and hope they will bring laurels to the country. He further said that everyone should help take Indian football to greater heights and assured all possible help to the TFA management.
In keeping with the tradition of an excellent placement record, Tata Football Academy has already placed eight cadets of the present passing-out batch in the premier football clubs like Dempo SC, Sporting Clube de Goa and East Bengal. More clubs are lining up for the remaining cadets who are expected to find their future clubs soon.
The ceremony witnessed mixed emotions from the cadets who were visibly very excited for their future but were bidding adieu to the place which has been their home for the past few years.
Recently, Tata Football Academy was also felicitated for its commendable contribution to Indian Football by All India Federation (AIFF) and FICCI sports committee at India Sports Award this year. The honor was conferred on it for providing an exceptional platform to nurture and train budding footballers and for its outstanding record of producing quality players for the Indian national team.
