108th birth anniversary of V.G. Gopal observed at Tata Workers’ Union Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Dec 20: The Tata Workers’ Union observed the 108th birth anniversary of its former president, late V.G. Gopal, with reverence and solemnity on Saturday evening.

The programme was held at the Tata Workers’ Union premises, where floral tributes were offered at the statue of late V.G. Gopal, followed by prayers for the peace of his departed soul.

On the occasion, Union president Sanjeev Kumar Chaudhary highlighted the life and contributions of the late leader.

He recalled Gopal’s inspiring, visionary, and dynamic leadership and urged union members to imbibe his values and leadership qualities in both personal life and union activities.

The event was attended by Union Vice -Presidents Shehnawaz Alam and Sanjeev Tiwari, Assistant Secretaries Nitesh Raj and Shyam Babu, Treasurer Amod Kumar Dubey, Director of Michael John Centre Jaydev Upadhyay, Office In-charge Dharmbir Kumar Singh, along with members of the Union’s Executive Committee and employees.

The gathering paid homage to the legacy of late V.G. Gopal, remembering him as a stalwart leader whose ideals continue to guide the Tata Workers’ Union.
