Maintenance and repair work on tracks in Rourkela-Bilaspur
Jamshedpur : In view of maintenance and repair work on tracks in Rourkela-Bilaspur and Jharsuguda-Bilaspur sections of two railway zones- South Eastern and South East Central Railway as many as 10 passenger trains will remain cancelled while a few others would be short-terminated till the end of this month from Thursday.
Confirming this development, a South Eastern Railway spokesperson from Kolkata said that the maintenance and repair work would be undertaken in those two railway divisions for strengthening the safety parameters and tracks. ” The safety and track repair work would help in faster movement of trains this in turn would help in improving the punctuality performance of trains,” said the spokesperson.
Among the trains that would be cancelled are :. 68028 Sambalpur-Rourkela MEMU Passenger will remain cancelled from Sambalpur upto September 30. � 68031 Jharsuguda-Sambalpur MEMU Passenger will remain cancelled from Jharsuguda upto September 30. 68030 Jharsuguda-Rourkela MEMU Passenger will remain cancelled from Jharsuguda every Wednesday and Saturday upto September 30. 68032 Sambalpur-Jharsuguda MEMU Passenger will remain cancelled from Sambalpur every Wednesday and Saturday upto September 30. 68029 Rourkela-Jharsuguda MEMU Passenger will remain cancelled from Rourkela upto September 30. � 68162 Jharsuguda-Hatia MEMU Passenger will remain cancelled from Jharsuguda every Wednesday and Saturday upto September 30 � 68161 Hatia-Jharsuguda MEMU Passenger will remain cancelled from Hatia every Wednesday and Saturday upto September 30. � 58113 Tatanagar-Bilaspur Passenger will remain cancelled from Tatanagar every Tuesday and Friday upto September 30. � 58114 Bilaspur-Tatanagar Passenger will remain cancelled from Bilaspur every Tuesday and Friday upto September 30. � 68027 Rourkela-Sambalpur MEMU Passenger will remain cancelled from Rourkela every Wednesday and Saturday upto September 30.
The trains that would be short-terminated are : � 58111 Tatanagar-Itwari Passenger leaving Tatanagar every Saturday will be short terminated at Jharsuguda and will run back as 58112 Itwari-Tatanagar Passenger from Jharsuguda on a reschedule 30 time till September 30. 58112 Itwari-Tatanagar Passenger leaving Itwari every Friday will remain cancelled between Itwari-Jharsuguda till September 30.
