XLRI crowned overall champion of AIMA Management Olympiad

Jamshedpur: AIMA Management Olympiad organized in Jamshedpur, was held for the first time in Eastern India on March 15 and 16. A flagship event of AIMA saw participation of around 100 teams.

Teams from Tata Steel, Tata Motors, ISWP, SAIL, XLRI, Women�s College, Cummins India, XISS Ranchi, JCAPCPL, TSPDL, Tata Power participated in various competitions held over the last two days.

The competitions included quizzes on marketing, brand, HR, women, current affairs and business personality.  Also in the competitive segment were case studies, redefining HR Next, leadership in the era of disruption, building sustainable brands in digital world and creativity in organizations, business simulation games, poster making on cashless transaction, digital India and women empowerment.

A total of 36 gold, 36 silver and 36 bronze medals were awarded to the winners of the various segments.� Ritwik Ghosh of XLRI was declared �Mr. Young Leader� and Pinky Kumari of ISWP was adjudged �Ms. Young Leader.��

The XLRI team was declared the overall champions of AIMA Management Olympiad 2019.� Suresh Dutt Tripathi, VP HRM Tata Steel & President JMA awarded the winners in presence of executive board of JMA, media and participants.
