Jamshedpur: XLRI – Xavier School of Management marked a significant milestone in its 76-year legacy by graduating 530 students during its 70th Annual Convocation at the Tata Auditorium. The graduating Class of 2026 includes students from the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Management (BM), General Management, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM).
Honoring Leadership and Integrity
The institute conferred its highest honor, the Sir Jehangir Ghandy Medal for Industrial and Social Peace, upon Sandeep Bakhshi, CEO of ICICI Bank. In his address, Bakhshi highlighted India’s immense growth potential and urged graduates to pursue excellence with humility and a strong sense of purpose.
XLRI Director Fr. Sebastian George and Chairman T. V. Narendran encouraged the new graduates to lead with integrity. Narendran specifically emphasized the importance of resilience and social consciousness in an increasingly technology-driven world.
