Jamshedpur: If you want to become an entrepreneur, finding a job is a better option. Entrepreneurship is for those who have the aptitude and passion to do new things in life and those who want to provide employment opportunities to the needy. This was observed on Saturday by Professor Madhukar Shukla, chairperson of FR Arupi Centre for Ecology and Sustainability, during a workshop held at XLRI Jamshedpur.
The purpose of the one day workshop was to explore possibilities of developing basic infrastructure for social entrepreneurship.
Addressing the gathering, renowned economist Prabal Kumar Sen said the people who have courage and potential go a long way through entrepreneurship.
Also present on the occasion was Gaurav Anand, chief manager, Environment and Sustainability, JUSCO. He said there were immense possibilities in different fields which people should know and explore.
Vishal Agrawal, CEO, Scratch To Media Private Limited and Mansoor Ahmad, co-founder, Cyber Crime Control Foundation, informed the gathering about the increasing scope for entrepreneurship in various fields.
A question and answer session was held at the conclusion of the workshop.
