Jamshedpur, Jan 28: A two-day Science, English and Hindi exhibition at Vivekanand International School in Mango was inaugurated by Swami Amritrupanandji Maharaj, Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission Jamshedpur in the school�s premises. The displays and presentations in all the three segments captivated visitors. The concepts behind the displays spelled a bright future for the next generation.
The Science section exhibited concepts on sources of alternate energy, Hydraulic JCB, bridges and other working and concept models. The English segment exhibited a model on the History of English, story of Cinderella and a project work based on English Grammar.
The Hindi exhibits featured the history of India Gate and Qutub Minar and related riddles and presentations on Hindi grammar and literature. A student dressed as the legendary Munshi Premchand presented a show based on the life of the Urdu and Hindi storyteller.
Students in various attires and through various models spelt out the theme of Indian culture � unity in diversity.
Earlier in her welcome address Headmistress Dr Nidhi Srivastav observed, �Such varied types of exhibitions boost all-round development of children.�
Among those present on the occasion were Rai Manendra Prasad, Raushan Maharaj, Dipak Srivastav, Mukhtar Alam Khan and many other guests including parents of the students.
