Gamharia: Tributes were paid to martyr Bhagat Singh by members of Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (GPC), Gamharia, on Monday. The election of the committee was also conducted on the occasion.
Indrajeet Singh president, Central Gurudwara Committee led the election proceedings. Sardar Pal Singh was elected president. On this occasion, the committee members garlanded a portrait of Bhagat Singh.
Indrajit Singh spoke on the life and achievements of Bhagat Singh and asked the youths to follow the path shown by Bhagat Singh. Bhajan and kirtan were sung by Jathedar Singh. An akhand path was also organized.
