Jamshedpur, Oct 13: The Tinplate Friends� Cooperative Society Ltd (TFCSL) at Golmuri held its 78 annual general body meeting in its premises. A 15 percent dividend and gifts in cash was announced for the financial year 2018-�19. This was announced by TFCSL chairman Harjit Singh. Secretary Ramesh Kumar Pandey provided the detailed statement of profit and loss and balance sheet while questions from members were answered by vice president Birendra Sharma.
The profit for financial year 2017-�18 was Rs 32,68,295. 17 which enhanced to Rs 34,51,732.28 in the fiscal 2018-�19. The managing committee of TFCSL announced a bonus of 20 percent for the society and store employees. The members were also unanimous on adjustment of bad and doubtful debts like in the case of RK Kujur and Recovery from JSFC.
All proposals were unanimously adopted by the house. The vote of thanks was proposed by vice president Birendra Sharma. Among the members who were present in the SGB included Suprabhat Goswami, Maloti Mardi, Seema Kumari, Bhagwati Devi, Amita Dutta, Punam Prabha, Amrit Kumar Jha, Abhayanand Kamar, Shivanand and others.
