Jamshedpur, June 8: The court acquitted three persons accused of leaking data from a call centre located on Mango Dimna Road. The case was heard by the court of Special Judge Cyber Crime ADJ-2 Abhash Verma. Rakesh Yadav, Sanjeev Sikdar, and Abhimanyu alias Laxman had been accused of leaking customer data from the call centre. The case was registered in Ulidih Police Station on May 27, 2014, andthe three were accused of providing customer data to cyber criminals. Advocate Vidya Singh, who represented the accused, said that the prosecution failed to present concrete evidence before the court.
