Jamshedpur: Thieves have wreaked havoc in Bistupur police station area by carrying out a series of thefts in the past few days.
Police have got information regarding theft of nine two-wheelers in the last five days. Three FIRs have been filed in this connection.
Sources said the thieves took away the bikes of Bablu Lugua and Kunwar Singh from the parking area before Jamshedpur Blood Bank near Tata Main Hospital.
The bikes of Subhash Singh of Uliyan and Sanjeev Shah were stolen from Dhatkidih and Jubilee Park. Thieves also took away the bike of one Vimal Mandal from the Blood Bank parking lot and the bike of Mohammad Salauddin from Nicko Park, police said.
Police officials said bikes were also stolen from the auto-rickshaw stand near TMH, LIC Building, Kamani Centre and Jubilee Park gate.
