Jamshedpur, September 21: Tata Steel UISL has announced an annual bonus of Rs 7.91 crore for 678 eligible employees for the financial year 2023-24. The bonus agreement was signed on September 21, 2024, between the Tata Steel UISL Management and JUSCO Shramik Union.
The settlement was signed by Ritu Raj Sinha, Managing Director of Tata Steel UISL, and Raghunath Pandey, President of the JUSCO Shramik Union, in the presence of Rajesh Prasad, Deputy Labour Commissioner (DLC) of Jamshedpur, along with other senior officials of the company and union representatives.
The bonus entitlement is based on the company’s performance across various parameters, such as profit before taxes (PBT), safety performance, compliance to complaints, top box, transmission and distribution loss, overall unaccounted for water, customer satisfaction index, repeat complaints, active participation in SGA activities and productivity, good performance on all of which, help the company achieve its Strategic goals and objectives.
The total bonus payout of Rs 7.91 crore will be disbursed to the 678 eligible employees in the coming days, considering the onset of the festive season.
