Jamshedpur: Tata Steel celebrated the sixth edition of its prestigious SHE Excellence Awards at Steelennium Hall, Jamshedpur Works.

Tata Steel introduced the SHE Excellence Awards in FY20 to foster a fair workplace and emphasize accountability. The company conceived these awards to acknowledge and motivate employees who demonstrate exceptional dedication to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE). He urged everyone to move beyond mere compliance and turn safety and environmental care into demonstrated behaviors embedded in the organizational culture.
