Tata Motors Management and Union Celebrate Holi Milan

Jamshedpur: Tata Motors Workers Union and the Tata Motors Management jointly hosted a festive “Holi Milan” at the Telco Recreation Club. The event served as a platform to strengthen the bond between the workforce and leadership amidst a high-production season.

Leadership in Attendance

The celebration saw a rare and unified gathering of top labour leaders and corporate executives:

  • From the Union: President Shashi Bhushan Prasad and General Secretary R.K. Singh, along with the complete union team.
  • From Management: Plant Head Anurag Chharia, HR Head Pranav Kumar, ER Head Soumik Roy, and senior officials, including V.N. Singh and Keshav Mani.

Festive Spirits and Cultural Highlights

Participants exchanged greetings using traditional gulal and flower petals. The atmosphere was further energized by a series of soulful musical performances:

  • Classic Melodies: Singer Dev opened the evening with an iconic Mohammed Rafi track.
  • Soulful Vocals: Singer Pooja received widespread applause for her performance.
  • Folk Rhythms: Suresh Pandey’s Bhojpuri songs had the audience swaying to the festive tunes.

A Vision for Productivity and Safety

Beyond the festivities, the leadership addressed the road ahead. Plant Head Anurag Chharia praised the joint initiative, noting that such gatherings are essential for building trust and maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.

Acknowledging the current workload, General Secretary R.K. Singh noted that while February and March carry demanding production targets, the collective synergy between the workers and management would ensure these goals are met successfully.
