Ranchi: A 16 member delegation led by the deputy Speaker of Gujarat Assembly Mangubhai Patel reached Ranchi here on Tuesday.
The delegates were felicitated by the state government. Bharatiya Janata Party leaders of the state welcomed the delegation.
Patel said world’s highest statue ‘Statue of Unity’ proposed to be constructed at the banks of River Narmada in Gujarat will be completed soon.
He said iron implements of farmers will be collected from 15th December onwards for making the statue.
