Jamshedpur: Srinath University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kross Ltd in a major stride toward strengthening academia-industry collaboration. The partnership is designed to enhance student development through practical exposure, professional training and industry interaction.
Under the terms of the MoU, Kross Ltd will support a range of initiatives, including summer internships, campus recruitment drives, industrial visits, curriculum design input, guest lectures and corporate workshops. These efforts will aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, ensuring that students were better equipped for real-world challenges.
The agreement was formally executed by Subhadeep Bhadra, Director of Training and Placements at Srinath University and R.K. Giri, General Manager HR & Admin, Kross Ltd., Gamharia, Adityapur.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives from both institutions emphasized their shared commitment to promoting experiential learning and fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.
