Jamshedpur: Shyam Bhatli Pariwar Charitable Trust (SBPCT) Jamshedpur organized its 91st Kirtan Mahotsav at Sangam Vihar in Sonari. The hosts on the occasion were Vinita and Asish Agrawal who performed Baba Shyam�s ritualistic prayers under the supervision of priest Ramji Parik. Thereafter the program of Kirtans commenced with Ganesh Vandana. Local bhajan singers Rohit Gulati, Bunty Changil, Niraj Jalan, Sonu Sharma and Soumi Chowdhury captivated the crowd of devotees spreading warmth amidst the chill of the winter night. The artistes mesmerized the audience in a manner that all devotees started dancing to their music. The program continued till 1:30 am.
Shyam Baba�s throne was beautifully decorated and the Akhand Jyot burned bright. The offerings of 56 items of food for the Lord�s consecration were distributed among the large numbers of devotees present.
