Jamshedpur, Oct. 3: Sheyn International School Jamshedpur Chairman Avinash Singh, Director Sanjay Singh, principal Manuj Sharma and vice principal Pushpa Bhalla today said the school was going to host CBSE Zonal Swimming Championship 2017.
Two zones of CBSE, East Zone and far East Zone comprising of four regions namely, Patna, Allahabad, Bhubaneswar and Guwahati, covering 15 states will participate in the upcoming event. Approximately 1000 swimmers will be provided with quality fooding and lodging facility on the school campus.
The participants will sweat out in the pool to qualify for nationals. Sheyn International will be encouraging the participants to march in pursuit of excellence. The opening ceremony will be on 5th October and closing ceremony will be on 7th October 2017. �It is a matter of great pleasure for Jamshedpur to be the stage of such a mammoth Championship and as per our tradition the school�s flag will flutter proudly by successfully organizing this mega event,� said the school officials.
