Seraikela, Nov 8: Seraikela-Kharsawan Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Returning Officer A Dodde convened a meeting at Seraikela Town Hall to review preparations for the upcoming state Assembly elections. He discussed about the basic civic amenities available at the polling booths across the district. He saidamenities for voters would include water supply, electricity supply, toilet, ramp, furniture, mobile network and food for polling duty staff. If there is any difficulty anywhere, it should be discussed with the senior officials concerned, he said.
The DC said clusters have been formed in all Assembly constituencies ahead of the polls. Basic amenities are to be provided at all polling booths, he said.
Dodde said all senior election officials should visit the clusters to make sure that all basic amenities are available for voters and polling duty staff.
