Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato Saturday inaugurated INSPIRE Award Manak 2018 science exhibition at People�s Academy in New Baradwari. He said effective use of science will help create a new India. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his efforts to promote research and development in the country. He said the state government was also taking a number of steps in this regard.
Mahato said the young scientists should hone their skills further to achieve their goals and serve the nation in future. He said there was no dearth of talent in the young generation. He said providing right platform to children at the right age was the need of the hour.
District Education Officer Shivendra Kumar said 1800 children had applied for the exhibition. Finally, 325 children were selected.
