Jamshedpur, April 13: Sanjiv Netralay Super Specialty Retina Hospital at Dimna Road in Mango (near Ulidih PS) will be inaugurated on Sunday, April 14 by Civil Surgeon Dr Maheshwar Prasad.
Informing the media, the hospital director Dr Sanjiv Kumar Tiriya and Dr Rahul Bahekar stated that complicated diseases of the retina would be treated or surgeries performed at this hospital. Since these services would be available at this hospital people would not have to leave the city for treatment of their eye problems.
They added that facilities for full time retina care and trauma cases would be available round the clock. They stressed that all eye related problems would be treated at Sanjiv Netralay Super Specialty Retina Hospital. �We will arrange from time to time free eye checkup, treatment and surgery for poor people,� they said.
