Jamshedpur, July 7: Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City organised a session on ‘Paint Every Day with Joy’ at a city hotel on Saturday. Atmarpit Shivani of Ahmadabad conducted the session and informed the gathering on how to remain happy in this stressful world. She said that stress takes away joy from a person’s life so people should first focus on removing stress.
Atmarpit Shivani further said, ‘Like a good artist, one must learn to paint the canvas of your life with the colours of love, positivity, gratitude and mindfulness’.
Shivani travels across India and abroad, inspiring values, life-skills and imparting an understanding of the principles of Jainism to all age groups.
Rotary Steel City members present were Simran Saggu, Nikita Mehta, Raksha Bhabhi, Shivani Goyal, Nilima Adesara, Amish Mehta and Jitesh Taunk.
