Jamshedpur: With the view to foster friendliness among themselves, members of Rajasthan Yuvak Mandal (women�s cell) organized �Moonlight Picnic� at a hotel in Sakchi on Thursday. More than 140 women participated in the event. Several competitions were held on the occasion. The participants also took part in various sports activities and indoor games. The programme was led by the outfit secretary Mamata Murarka.
All members of the outfit unanimously decided to organize such events on a regular basis in order to ensure entertainment sessions for all fellow members. They said participation in such activities was important for socializing and getting away from the monotonous life. Laughing with friends and playing games with them gives a new lease of life to a person�s overall health, said one of the participants.
At the conclusion, a dinner was held for the participants.
