Jamshedpur: Residents from various blocks and urban areas submitted applications concerning displacement-related issues, objections to land acquisition for railway line construction, land disputes, ration and pension matters, domestic disputes, encroachment complaints, and other demands connected with public interest at a public grievance redressal meeting held today at the Collectorate.
The meeting was held as per the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi. During the Public Grievance Redressal Day, Deputy Development Commissioner Nagendra Paswan heard the grievances of citizens from across the district. The programme aimed at providing a direct platform to the public for raising issues related to governance and public welfare. Paswan assured the complainants of appropriate redressal.
All applications received during the programme were forwarded to the concerned departmental officers. Clear instructions were issued to ensure prompt verification and timely disposal of each case. Officials were directed to treat the grievances with seriousness and take necessary action within the stipulated time frame.
