Jamshedpur: The annual prize distribution ceremony of Modern School, run by Sakchi Gurudwara Committee, was organized on Saturday evening. A cultural programme was organized by the students on this occasion. The event was inaugurated by the district education officer (DEO) of East Singhbhum Rajkumar Prasad Singh.
Addressing the students, the DEO said there was no alternative to hard work. He said the students should follow the Indian tradition of respecting one�s guru.
The programme was jointly conducted by Diksha Moonka and Sandeep Kaur. School principal K Abhaylaxmi presented the annual progress report of the school.
