Jamshedpur, February 6: A packed day of grassroots football unfolded at the Tinplate Sports Complex as multiple teams were in action across the Under-13 and Under-15 categories of the Jamshedpur Super League, producing several one-sided results along with closely contested encounters.
In the Under-15 category, Park India delivered the biggest win of the day, registering a commanding 14–0 victory over Tata Power ALIG U-15 Blue. Gyan Ganga Patamda Red and Gyan Ganga Patamda Blue were equally impressive, notching up convincing 6–1 and 6–0 wins against Jeevika & Sunrise and Tinplate Tiny Tiger respectively. JFC Turf Kings also enjoyed a dominant outing, defeating S.M Lucky 4–0.
Several matches were tightly fought, with Dhatkidih Football Coaching Center Red and Junior Tiger Telco playing out a 1–1 draw, while Jamshedpur Football School Blue and LPS Loyola were held to a goalless stalemate. Armoury Kings edged past Armoury Recon Rover 2–0, JMFA Green Fighter defeated Hala Madrid 11–0, and Alpha’s FC secured a 3–0 win over Jamshedpur Strikers FC. Dhatkidih JFC Iron, Dhatkidih Football Coaching Center Blue and Armoury Strom Strikers also picked up three points with solid defensive performances.
The Under-13 fixtures saw Park India continue their strong form with an emphatic 8–1 win over Loyola Heros. Dhatkidih Football Coaching Center produced a clinical display to beat JFC Furnace Blue 7–0, while Undefeatable FC outplayed JFC Furnace Red 4–1. Kishore Sangh Kadma U-13 registered a comfortable 4–0 victory against Junior Tigers Telco, and Gyan Ganga Patamda Blue defeated Jeevika & Sunrise 4–0.
Some evenly matched contests added balance to the day’s action, with Armoury Red Davils and Tata Power ALIG U-13 Blue playing out a goalless draw, while JMFA Strikers FC and Tata Power ALIG U-13 Green shared points in a 2–2 draw. Tinplate Tigers edged Tinplate Lions 2–1, and JFC Furnace Green overcame Jamshedpur Strikers FC with a 3–0 win.
