Jamshedpur: Parents of children reportedly denied promotion to next class sat on dharna before Carmel Junion College at Sonari on Monday.
They were led by Dr Umesh Kumar, president of Jamshedpur Abhibhavak Sangh. They alleged that the school ad violated Right to Education Act.
