Bolani (Odisha), Feb 19: Padma Shri Dr. Tulasi Munda (74), a well-known social worker and founder of Adivashi Vikash Samiti based in Barbil, has been admitted to a hospital in Bhubaneswar after his health deteriorated.
According to reports, Dr. Tulasi Munda attended a function in Barbil on Tuesday afternoon and after facing breathing problem she was admitted to Joda Tisco Hospital but was later shifted to Apollo Hospital in Bhubaneswar as her condition became worse.
Chief Minister Navin Patnaik and Governor Ganeshi Lal wished her speedy recovery.
On the other hand, former minister and Ghasipura MLA Badrinarayan Patra visited the hospital and met her. At the hospital, her colleague and chairman of Adivasi Vikash samiti, Damayanti Samal is supervising the health condition of Tulasi Munda. At present Dr Tulasi Munda is stable.
