Jamshedpur: A delegation of NGO Akshar Foundation led by its chairman Ravi Shankar Pandey met the secretary of Education Extension Centre at Telco and presented him roses.
The foundation on the occasion urged the secretary to take actions against fee hike in private schools and illegal collection of funds.
It also urged the official to ensure implementation of right to education act.
The memorandum stated that if the demands were not met a relay hunger strike would be organized at the gates of the centre.
