Ranchi: Members of minority department of Ranchi Mahanagar Congress Committee staged dharna before the party headquarters on Saturday. They alleged that minority community members of the party were being neglected by the party leaders.
They said the minority community members were neglected during the visit of All India Congress Committee vice president Rahul Gandhi to the state.
