Jamshedpur, Nov 28: Jharkhand Vikas Morcha supremo Babulal Marandi will address an election rally at Sidho-Kanhu Memorial Maida on Sunday, December 1 at 11 am. The meeting will be organized to boost poll prospects of the party candidate Naresh Murmu from the Potka Vidhan Sabha constituency.
