LS membership of Rahul Gandhi should be terminated: BJP

Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Mahanagar BJP president Dinesh Kumar Wednesday met East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar and handed him a memorandum demanding termination of Lok Sabha membership of Congress president Rahul Gandhi.
In the memorandum, addressed to President Ram Nath Kovind, Kumar said the Congress president had leveled baseless allegations against the Narendra Modi government by raising suspicion regarding Rafale deal. The Congress leader has not only defamed the PM but has also made a mockery of the Defence Ministry.
The BJP leader said even the Supreme Court had expressed satisfaction over the Rafale Deal. He said the Apex Court had given clean chit to Modi government in a clear rejection of the allegations leveled by Rahul Gandhi.
Among those who met the DC included Khemlal Choudhary, Chandrashekhar Mishra, Ankit Anand, Haldhar Narayan Shah, Bari Murmu, MK Singh and Pushpa Tirkey.
