Jamshedpur woman booked for pushing domestic help from 1st floor

Jamshedpur, Nov 30:  A woman, identified as Mamata Devi, working as a domestic help in local households, was seriously injured after being allegedly pushed from the window of a first-floor flat near Brahmanand Hospital on Wednesday. She was taken to MGM Hospital where her condition was reportedly out of danger.

Sources said Mamata Devi was working for the accused employer for the last four years and had recently stopped going to her house. “After leaving the job in the house of the accused, my wife was accused of having stolen cash worth Rs 10,000 and ornaments by her employer. She went to her employer’s house and objected to her allegations. Just then the accused pushed my wife from the window of her house. My wife has suffered serious spinal injuries,” said Vijay, wife of the alleged victim.
