Jamshedpur: On the other hand, Jugsalai police station produced Sunny Singh alias Sunny Sardar, resident of Jugsalai Safiganj Pandey Mohalla and Akash Verma of Bagbera Baba Kuti, arrested in the attempt to murder case, in Jamshedpur Court from where both the accused were ordered to be sent to judicial custody.
Incidentally, Rajveer Mehta alias Rajesh Mehta, a resident of Dubey Mohalla, was stabbed to death by Sunny Singh and Akash Verma in mutual enmity at 11 pm on September 2. The police were trying to arrest both. Akash Verma was arrested earlier. On the spot, Sunny Singh was chased by Tiger Mobile’s jawan Sanjay Oraon, then Sunny Singh hit Sanjay Oraon’s bike with his bike. The accused was caught. A separate FIR for damage to government property has been registered against him in Jugsalai police station on the complaint of Tiger Mobile jawan Sanjay Oraon.
