Jamshedpur, May 24: Accompanied by enthusiastic party workers, second-time Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato today took out a victory procession from BJP�s Sakchi office to thank all voters. He was also accompanied by district BJP president Dinesh Kumar, Anil Modi and Kulwant Singh Bunty. He stood on an open vehicle and visited several places to thank voters.

�From the very first day we were confident of our victory and we feel relieved to see our candidate heading towards an easy win. We are happy that the party has retained the Jamshedpur parliamentary seat. Every party worker had toiled and they deserve to be lauded. Modi�s charismatic personality and his vision of development too favoured our candidate, voters has shown faith in his leadership,� said Dinesh Kumar, president, district BJP.

The victory rally moved through various prominent places across the city including Bhalubasa, Agrico, Golmuri, Sakchi and Bistupur via Sakchi roundabout, Howrah Bridge and Bistupur roundabout. From Bistupur, the rally moved through PM Mall roundabout and Jamshedpur Women�s College before reaching party office.

�It is the victory of our nation. We are more than happy that the party has retained the Jamshedpur seat. The victory of Bidyut indicates that people have faith in BJP. Moreover, Champai was a weak candidate, the voters had no choice but to show him the door,� said Satbir Singh Somu, a senior leader of youth wing of BJP.
Among those present during the Abhar Yatra included Muralidhar Kedia, Bimal Jalan, Kalyani Sharan, Ankit Anand, Nandjee Prasad, Jitendranath Mishra, Rajkumar Singh, Mithilesh Singh Yadav, Sanjeev Kumar, Bimal Baitha, Kaju Sandilya and Amarjeet Singh Raja. They thanked one and all for the party�s victory.
