Jamshedpur, Nov 28: Loot accused Md Firoze of Adityapur Muslim Basti who looted a bag along with two other accomplices from Bharat Financial Ltd employee Akhauri Aman Sinha on July 8 last was arrested by the police and sent to jail. The incident occurred in Kapali TOP area.
Talking to the media at Saraikela police station Chandil SDPO Dhirendra Banka informed that on July 8 last, three unidentified criminals looted a bag containing among other things, two mobile phones, a tab and some documents from Akhauri Aman Sinha near Kapali TOP. It was through the mobile tower location that the police were able to nab Md Firoze from Adityapur Muslim Basti. The looted mobile phones have been recovered from Md Firoze.
The SDPO further informed that cases of loot, dacoity and murder are already registered against Md Firoze at the Jugsalai and Adityapur police stations and had also served jail terms earlier. The police raiding team that arrested Md Firoze included Prakash Kumar Rajak, VP Yadav, Prafulla Chandra Mahto and Aditya Poddar.
