Seraikela, Jan 25: Jyoti Jarika of Seraikela Kharsawan district near Jamshedpur and B.Tech (Computer Science) student of Vinobha Bhave University, Hazaribag has been selected for the Republic Day Parade at New Delhi scheduled on January 26.
Resident of Udharia village in Kharsawan block is part of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) contingent drawn from various parts of the country for the Republic Day parade.
Jyoti’s father Sanjay Jarika is a bank employee in Bokaro. It will be a dream come true and a proud moment when she will participate in the Republic Day parade at Rajpath in Delhi. She is excited and has been in Delhi since December 31 for the dress rehearsal parade.
