Bokaro, January 25: Jamshedpur FC Under-18 team returned to winning form with a dominant 6–0 victory over SAIL Football Academy in an AIFF Elite League away match on Saturday. The Young Men of Steel controlled the game throughout, with four players scoring in a one-sided contest.
Rayan C opened the scoring in the 18th minute with a fine solo effort, winning possession, beating a defender and calmly placing the ball into the far corner. Jamshedpur doubled their lead in the 24th minute after a handball inside the box led to a penalty, which Lawmsangzuala converted confidently.
Just three minutes later, Rayan was fouled again in the penalty area, earning another spot-kick. Lawmsangzuala once more made no mistake, putting Jamshedpur 3–0 ahead. Before halftime, Satyajit Das added the fourth goal as his looping cross surprisingly found the far post, giving Jamshedpur a commanding 4–0 lead at the break.
After the restart, Jamshedpur continued to dominate possession and attack. In the 50th minute, Devjit Majumdar’s low cutback was finished neatly by Mars Ningthoujam to make it 5–0.
The final goal came late in the match when Krishna Tudu headed in Devjit’s assist, completing the comprehensive victory. The result highlighted Jamshedpur FC’s strong attacking performance and control throughout the match.
