Jamshedpur, Nov 5: Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Returning Officer Ravi Shankar Shukla Tuesday convened a meeting of nodal officers of all election cells and directed them to use Queue Management App. He said the App would be used to control long queues at polling booths. He discussed the issue of postal ballot facility for differently-abled and octogenarian voters. He also ordered downloading of cVIGIL App. Many district officials were present on this occasion.
