Jamshedpur BJP eyes Assembly polls, focus on educating voters, CM gives directions to party workers

Jamshedpur: Buoyed by the splendid performance in the 17th Lok Sabha elections in Jharkhand, the BJP has now set its eye on the next Assembly polls in the State. The party has plans to maintain the winning streak.
Sources informed that Raghubar Das, who reached city on Sundaythanked the workers for support but at the same time also asked them to prepare for the Assembly polls.

Inspired with party�s success in state including Jamshedpur, BJP leaders of the Jamshedpur constituency plans to encourage voters to do encore in forthcoming assembly elections.

BJP has put in several hoardings have come up in different strategic locations of the city thanking voters for supporting party candidates in the Lok Sabha elections.

�Several such hoardings have come up at Sakchi roundabout, Bistupur and near RD Tata Roundabout in Golmuri by party leaders requesting the voters to give similar mandate in the Assembly elections. �

Raghubar Das has come up with new hoarding in Bistupur near Gopal Maidanthanking voters. In a brief interaction with media, he said that party has decided to adopt this strategy to educate voters ahead of the assembly elections.

 �We thank the people of our state for giving us mandate for a strong government in the Centre. Since Assembly election are due we want that they should vote on similar lines during the Assembly elections too and form a stable government. Only a stable government can ensure progress of the people,� said Das.

Party district spokesperson Anil Modi said that people have seen regional parties and independent ruining the mandate. After the Lok Sabha results we are confident of notching up a clear majority in the state assembly and form a stable government in Jharkhand which would ensure development at the grass root level in the state.

 The party leaders are eying to cash in on the NaMo wave prevalent amongst the electorates in state so that similar results are achieved in the assembly elections.

 �After the Lok Sabha, we must work to maintain the tempo of victory. For this we have to ensure that workers and leaders spend more time with voters and interact with local and work to end their woes,� said a senior leader.He said that the party has decided to target the voters with such hoardings in different strategic locations across six assembly segments Jamshedpur East, Jamshedpur West, Ghatshila, Baharagora, Potka and Jugsalai.
