Jamshedpur: ‘Aapki Yojna, Apki Sarkar’ camp touches lives

Jamshedpur: In a remarkable initiative, the “Aapki Yojna, Apki Sarkar, Apke Dwaar” camp spread its wings across nine Panchayats and one municipal body, covering eight blocks in the Jamshedpur district. The camp, organized under the guidance of the State Government, saw enthusiastic participation from beneficiaries who expressed joy over the on-the-spot scheme benefits.

 MLAs from Potka Jamshedpur Sadar, Bahargora Chakulia, and Jugsalai Bodam Block graced the camps, underlining the government’s commitment to bringing schemes directly to the people.

The Deputy Commissioner,  Manjunath Bhajantri, highlighted the significance of these camps in connecting eligible individuals with government schemes. He emphasized that efforts were being made to ensure that every deserving person could avail the benefits.

The Panchayat-level camps, aligned with the State Government’s directives, have become a conduit for a large number of beneficiaries to access public welfare schemes. Whether in remote Panchayats or municipal wards, the camps aim to extend the benefits of government schemes to all sections of society.

In the latest round of camps, various locations were covered, including Baghbeda of Jamshedpur Sadar Block, Hesra, and Rasunchopa Panchayat of Potka, Khedua of Patmada, Ragmagoda Maidan in Bodam Panchayat of Bodam, Dhobni Panchayat of Musabani, Kesharda of Baharagora, Kaliyam Panchayat in Chakulia, Forest Block Panchayat, and Urban Panchayat of Gudambada.

The  MLAs actively participated in distributing assets among the beneficiaries of different schemes. They urged villagers to take advantage of the government’s initiatives, ranging from housing schemes for the homeless to credit cards for poor students and credit linkage for women in self-help groups.

The camp also featured various departments setting up stalls to provide information about their respective schemes. From the Health Department to the Agriculture Department, Education Department, Welfare Department, Supply Department, and Labor Department—each played a crucial role in disseminating information and facilitating on-the-spot applications.

The camp served as a one-stop destination for beneficiaries, offering services such as the distribution of Dhoti-Saree under the Sona Sabaran Scheme, Green Ration Card, and the Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana by the Child Development Project Department. The health department provided health checkups to attendees, showcasing the holistic approach of the camp.

With the support of the District Magistrate and MLAs, the “Aapki Yojna, Apki Sarkar, Apke Dwaar” camp continues to bridge the gap between government schemes and the people, creating a platform for empowerment and inclusion in Jamshedpur district.

In the camp of ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’, Health Department, Agriculture Department, Education Department, Welfare Department, Supply Department, Labor Department and other departments are giving information about the schemes by setting up stalls. Distribution of Dhoti-Saree under Sona Sabaran Scheme, Green Ration Card, Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana by Child Development Project Department, distribution of bicycle amount by Welfare Department, J.S.L.P.S. Benefits of identity card and other schemes to women groups, Phulo Jhano scheme, distribution of blankets, caste certificate, income certificate and forest patta from the revenue department, benefit of livestock scheme from the animal husbandry department, Sarvajan pension, new Aadhar registration and Aadhar card. In improvement, the health department is providing the benefit of health checkup to the beneficiaries coming to the camp.
