Jamshedpur, June 15: Employee union of ISWP (Tarcompany) has submitted charter of demand to the management over grade revision of e-grade employees. The charter of demands suggests for 105 per cent MGM and increase in allowances.
Incidentally the grade revision of e-grade employees is pending since May 2021.
The hosts of demands of the workers union include payment of105 per cent MGB, increase monthly educational allowances from 1500 to 2500, monthly canteen allowance from 312 to 1950, uniform special allowances of 1500, uniform transport slab of 3000, uniform Leave Travel Arrear to 30,000, uniform allowance to 1000, night duty allowance to Rs 100, increment for promotion policy duration to three years and decrease training duration for new recruit among others.
Now the management has to take decision on the demands.
The ISWP union is led by president Rakeshwar Pandey, general secretary Pankaj Singh and deputy president Shrikant Singh.
