Jamshedpur, April 5: With Indian Premier League (IPL) fever on the rise, hotels and clubs across Jamshedpur have put up large screens offering discounts and holding cricket contests for the cricket fanatics. Hotel South Park in Bistupur has started a food festival based on IPL theme and the restaurant of the hotel has been decked up with cutouts of IPL team logos and players.
�Like every IPL season, we are back with offers and contests during this season too as the games� heat are rising with every passing year. We have started food festival based on IPL which started on April 5,� said Ravi Verma, General Manager, Hotel South Park.
“To attract crowds, specially the college students and young adults, we will be holding contests during the match and winners will be awarded golden and silver cards which would offer them 20% and 15% discount respectively on food through the year,” informed Verma while addressing a press meet at the Hotel on Friday.
He further said that the attraction during the cricket season will be IPL special food menu ranging from Kings XI Special Tangari kebab, Fish Tikka the Knight Rider way, Gayle Blue Storm mocktail, Super King BBQ Chicken Sizzler, Dare Devil Chicken Wings etc.
Also present at the press meet were Captain Narayan and Head Chef Nagen Sahu.
