Jamshedpur, Sept. 13: �Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur ZEST, organised a Digital September to help and teach on how to survive in this digital world to all the members of clubs under District 325.�
This started from 2 September and continued till 11 September.
The seminars were done on alternate days to give members time to understand everything.
The whole series of seminars were taken by club�s Nisha Gadia, who is also the PP of the club. She is an expert in this field and did a fabulous job of making members Tech Savvy.
Day 1 concluded by teaching all things about GMAIL. It was an elaborate session teaching all the features of it. Day 2 was about Ms- WORD. All the basic features were taught and doubts by members were cleared.Day 3 was about MS POWERPOINT which was explained in detail and the understanding was made clear till the end.
Day 4 was about Zoom Meetings.
Nowadays with meetings happening on zoom, this was a very important and necessary topic to be taught. All participants were enthusiastic to learn all things about zoom. Day 5 was the Interactive Session where in all the doubts of the members were cleared.
Along with it the members were given a brief understanding of Google Drive and whatsapp and how we can do certain things easily with the help of some apps. It was well appreciated session.
In all there were more than 500 members who attended all the session of the workshop.
Each and every session of this webinar was streamed live on Facebook page of the club and on YouTube as well .
The link of the same was shared and made available for all those who could not attend the live session but wishes to learn the same.
“To survive in the Tech-World, one needs to be very well aware of all the different technologies and platforms to be digitally literate. Because of Pandemic, everything is shifted to a virtual platform and one needs to be proficient to be able to make the ends meet and give their best in this situation,” said a member of the club.
