Highway robber shot at by accomplice in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Nov 5: A dispute over share of looted cash and mobile phones led to shootout in a gang of four highway robbers. One of them, identified as Sourabh Choudhary, a resident of Golmuri, allegedly shot at Luvpreet, a resident of Mango. The latter was taken to Tata Main Hospital where his condition is reportedly critical.

Sources said the incident took place near Belajuri Kali temple under MGM police station area. Luvpreet told investigators he was going to Baharagora with his friends Joy, Devendra and Sourabh. All friends planned to commit highway robbery. They robbed a vehicle. But later, a dispute led to shootout.
