Jamshedpur, Dec 2: Congress candidate from Jamshedpur East constituency Gourav Vallabh hit out at BJP during his campaign in Chhayanagar, Chandinagar on Monday. He said the Raghubar Das-led state government had failed to do development work in Jharkhand. He promised to resolve all issues pertaining to basic civic amenities affecting the slum residents. He said the residents would get clean drinking water, uninterrupted power supply, cleanliness and other amenities. He urged voters to cast their votes in favour of Congress on 7th December.
The campaigners included district Congress president Vijay Khan, Youth Congress secretary Rakesh Sahu, Manju Das, Usha Singh, Suresh Dhari, Shailesh Pandey and Parvinder Singh.
